They just called back and I answered it, it's akin to a call center making blanket calls but in this case they some how have your email address and want to send you white papers. They confirm you're email address and title before assuring you that you'll receive the complimentary paper. either our SPAM filter blocks them or they never send anything which makes me think it's a phishing effort to confirm email addresses.
I'm receiving calls from here a couple times a day as well. I've asked to be removed from their list, they say ok, they keep calling. I've asked for a manager, was told he didn't have one. I have no idea how to get these calls to stop.
