Who called from 4089727000

someone at this number called my sister and asked for my husband (they don't even live near each other) they said they were Panama legal services (right...)... didn't return the call

Well, got only once and it was from Kaiser permanente from their Optical center and i was expecting it, Cause i had recently placed an order for new eyes glasses.
So i dont think it is any scam call.

I got call on 2/16/2009 @11:49am, which I didn't answer.  This looks just phone spam at all.

408-972-7000 is the generic medical phone number for Kaiser.

Got a call from this #, I have nothing to do with Kaiser at all. They have no reason to call me whatsoever.
