I have read the posts regarding the phone calls from this number. My office has received several as I have posted on this website as they have threatened my employee who no long works here and they threatened my company. this is of grave concern and I do not know who to contact regarding this threat.
This company is a scam do not release any personal information to them. They called me several times until I was advise to let them know that I am on to thier scam. Just let them know your not stupid and you know that if its a real legal problem they would not keep calling your phone they would actually show up. Dont ignore them stand up to them without releasing any personal info including where you live and any other private info
I keep getting this person calling me several times a day as well as several times at work. I finally call back and they tell me their name is Brad Johnson and they have a complaint against my name and social security number and that i have 3 charges against me.....was really threatening telling me i was going to go to jail but wont tell me who the company is that i supposebly owe money too or the amount i owe.
They called my office left the name of a James Walter. I work for a law firm and called them back there was an echo on the line. They would not say where they were calling from...said his name was Daniel Scott. I told them unless they left their name, name of company and a telephone number that i was hanging up. They then said okay so hang up. I did. End of story.
i received 6 calls today in less than 10 minutes. the man had a voice with a mid-eastern accent and left the message that he had my social security # and personal info and i should call him back . it is about a legal case, so he says. he has called several times in the past and i have a complaint with our sheriff's office, because my family was threatened. he says his client wants $8,500 for payment and once before it was $10,000 for payment. he needs to send a copy of these documents he says he has.i do not owe this man any money and it is a true scam. does anyone know how he has all of this info?
I keep getting the same calls from the number 409-209-9863. Some guy named Brad Johnson says there is a criminal case against my name, dob and ss#. He wont tell me what the debt is for, wont give me a case number or tell me who the creditor is. How do I stop these calls.
