Same here Joe - I was also getting calls from the 4243 number and added it to reject list. Now I am getting calls from this number

Same! Calls from 209-4243 seem to stop but this number calling now. They have to be related somehow

Exact same scenerio. 4323 blocked then 1610 begins. Never a message.

Same as everyone else 4243 was calling, now 1610. I answer and no one is there. What the heck. Just stop calling me.
