I actually answered and it was some lady claiming to be called "Sue" saying that she could lower my auto insurance payments. When she asked if I had a moment, I said no and she hung up. Smells like a scam to me, even before she hung up.
they keep calling me and when i answer I don't say anything but let them 'talk' and then a fake robot like voice starts talking saying they can lower my auto insurance then asks if I'm interested I still don't say anything them they hang up.
So I'm silent the whole time but I have no idea how or why they have my number

409-233-4243 has been used for calling for many months and now I have had 2 calls today form this "new" number - most recent within the last hour on my cell phone. No message was left either time they called today or any previous calls from the 4243 number.
