I just got the same Emerald card message (via TXT message). Sounds like a scam to me.

Received the text stating "ALERT: Emerald Card starting with 511165 is Frozen.  Call (409) 299-4159.  Funny b/c don't know the number or have an Emerald Card.  I googled the number and saw the prior comments.  Did not call them as it appears to be a scam.  Text came from [email protected].

I got the message 10 minutes ago from [email protected].  Thank God for Google!

This seems to be a hot one.  Just got the text from [email protected]:  (Alert: Emerald Card Starting With 511165 Is Frozen.Call (409)299-4159).  Can we say scam?
