I received a call on my cell phone this morning from this number 817-400-5493. I didnt answer because it was not a number I recognized, but whomever called from this number left a message for me call Nick Robinson and do not disregard this call and they could only pray for me and god bless. I was thinking this was a scam, so I didn't them back. I'm at work and my phone ring and a person with a forgein accent asked to speak with me. They stated they was calling me due to a legal matter. I asked them kind of legal matter. They stated to me very rudely not to interupt them because we was being recorded in front of a judge and stated i was being charged with not paying a pay day loan and also check fraud and asked me how I was going to pay for the $224.00 I havent paid. First of all, I dont have any pay loans and second, why in the hell would I give you my account infor over the phone. This is a spam because if there were any legal matter that has taken place on anyone the local sheiff will serve you papers and also NO LEGAL ATTORNEY OFFICE is going to ask you for your cell number to they can find your account to see what your name is. They will ask for other information in regards of identifying yourself. SCAM SCAM!!!! There people are very aggrestive. I got in argument with one and they hung up the phone. They will threaten you by saying you will be going to jail if you dont pay and they may have some of your personal information such as email, the contact you may have put down when you try to for loan or even your social, so dont let them fool you. Dont give out any information!!!!!! I will be also posting this message for this phone number too that I forgot to mention.This number 409-356-6521 is also a scam from the same people!!!!!!
I got a call from this number:409-356-6521, the first time I ignored the call as I do with all numbers I dont recognize. Later that day my husband called me on his way home from work telling me about a call he recieved in regards to a 'criminal investigation' pending against me due to an unpaid loan that I recieved from a payday/cash advance place in short he gave me the number which I then recognized it to be the number I ignored from earlier. I called the number immediately. A foreign guy answered w/rude mannerisms stating that I owed money from a past due pay day loan for 150.00 and that I needed to pay the amount to settle it outside of court and avoid criminal charges.It freaked me out because he told me MY social security number and I thought of all the terrible things that could happen. Anyways, I knew there had to be some misunderstanding or stolen identity type thing because I NEVER applied for ANY cash advance loans. I called my bank and founnd no proof of deposits from a cash advance company. When I called back to gather more information The man I spoke to would not give me any answers and told me he already sent my 'file' over to the court to be prosecuted. Long story short the ADMITTED to my husband and I that they were scamming us and others.I told them I was going to prosecute them & they said no one can trace them, or catch them. They were being sarcastic and rude these foreign weirdos are flat out crazy. Dont give ANY info to them just simply hang up and know that its a SCAM.
They called my house this evening and threaten me with same court, jail. I feel sorry for you, etc. We got into an arguement when I told the man he need to learn how to speak english before he makes threats. He then proceeded to tell me to go to hell. LOL Do they think I am stupid.
They keep calling and harassing me saying that i owe all this money but everytime they call its with a diffrent name and they ctoan never give me any mailing info...they talk very rude to you and get upset when you say your not paying them anything...they will call your job and phone back to back and won't stop....Please be aware of what they are trying to do.....somebody needs to stop them
