i received a call from this number at work and at home from an indian man about a payday loan that i did not take out for $700.00 i want these crazy people to leave me and my family alone i will not pay them a dime until i see that papers that i owe a payday loan please people watch out for them they are a scam don't give any information to them just report them
These people call my work every day and my boss' cell phone number - they are rude and arrogant saying I am going to go to jail and god bless me and turning me over to court system. I want it to STOP
!!! he says his name is Mike Cooper and I have to deposit $568.36 on a prepaid debit card to pay it. Won't send me any paperwork and they wanted me to fax a letter with a copy of my driver's license!

I received calls yesterday from this number but the phone kept cutting out, this was on my cell. Then, this morning there is a voicemail from the same guy, Mike Cooper, on my office phone. This guy, with an Indian accent threatened my freedom, my credit rating, my career, and everything else a damn debt collector does. He wouldn't give me any straight answers when I would try to get something to look up on line about his so called company or law firm. He said he was with the State Investigator's Office to sound official and that he was calling from a federal line that was being recorded. When I would ask for verification or something in writing he'd say, "So you just want to go to jail then?". Kept asking me why I borrowed money and didn't pay it back and did I do it intentionally? Said that I was being prosecuted for three offenses. It did sound like he was reading from a script and that both Mike Cooper and Julian Marshal were the same person. When I asked for a call back number I was given 409-356-6521. These guys said that they are based out of Texas but when I looked up 409-356-6521 on this website, I got the same stories but in California. I guess they move around alot. They new my Social, my old adress, and my bank name. They said that they were looking at my credit report right then as I was talking to them. I should have asked them to verify something that I knew would be on the report but I didn't think of that till just now. I am really freaked out by this. They almost pulled it off. They tried acting like the debt was being written off and that their client simply wanted to prosecute me for my crimes. Of course I asked for a way out and that's when the Supervisor got on and they said that I had to send them a letter verifying that I would pay but that I had to pay today or be picked up by the police in 48 hrs, of course that is once they transfer the case to the state in which I actually reside. I submitted a complaint on line with the attorney generals office but don't have much information to provide so I doubt it will go anywhere.
They just called my cell (could barely speak English) and then my works number. How did they get that. I have not given that out to anybody (only my mom)! What a joke
