A person called Dwayne called saying I had 24hrs to call them or they would file a warrant against me in the city I live in. Funny thing is that it is Friday afternoon and no local government office is open tomorrow for the filing of a warrant. He did not leave a name of the company he works for.

Maybe some debt collectors such as myself work for legitimate LAWFIRMS that collect and we follow FDCPA and treat our customers with complete customer service and with morally and ethically correct practices. MAYBE these debtors are getting dropped off to these third parties so that they can use laws and statutes of limitations to bamboozle creditors out of their money
