A person called Dwayne called saying I had 24hrs to call them or they would file a warrant against me in the city I live in. Funny thing is that it is Friday afternoon and no local government office is open tomorrow for the filing of a warrant. He did not leave a name of the company he works for.

Does anyone know who this company is? They tell me payment has to be made to HPC, when I asked what that meant the person told me "Help Pay Check" and that its a restitution I am paying to my county so I do not get arrested.
