Just received a call saying they would go to my place of employment or my residence csuse they have 2 files if complaint against me. Was left a message to call back 409-449-1177 but the caller Id had a different number. They also gave me a case number? Said I will forfit any rights if they find me. From what i read it sounds like a scam. Should i call them back?
I actually had some fun with these people. It's a total scam. At first I played along and then I started asking them questions like what is the name of your company, can I have your physical address, and what is your tax I'd or business I'd. I could feel them squirming on the other line. They started transferring me and giving me all kinds of lame excuses. They finally hung up on me. I called them back probably 5 or 6 times. I told them I was aware of their scam and that I was gonna let the authorities know about them. They kept hanging up and I kept calling back. It got to the point to where when they answered they would call me by my first name. I finally got bored. I'll probably call them back tomorrow.

Unless I call in to this number 409 445 1185...which is a different number that called me . They called from 409 445 1186. They left a file number should I call them back? No, do not call them back. It is nothing more than a scam to try to intimidate you into giving out personnel and banking information. I have been getting these calls for almost 2 years, all the time. Unfortunately personnel info has been hacked from several sources and then sold over the internet to people like this scumbags trying to pull this kind of crap. They are neither law enforement or attorneys. Im still waiting to be served , arrested, my pay garnished, my car taken, they have even said they were going to take custody of my grown children if I did not respond to thier request. Thier dumbass try to rip people off. Sometimes thier accent is so heavy I cant even make out what they are threatning. Quit threatning and come serve me, I would love to do before a judge with you trolls
Getting same calls from Carol Frances who claims to be with Provisional Risk Services regarding debt. But no other info given and different call back number everytime. Filed a complaint with local PD and CFPB. How do these people get your info?
