Just received a call saying they would go to my place of employment or my residence csuse they have 2 files if complaint against me. Was left a message to call back 409-449-1177 but the caller Id had a different number. They also gave me a case number? Said I will forfit any rights if they find me. From what i read it sounds like a scam. Should i call them back?
I have been getting the same thing. I even told them that I am going through bankruptcy and they told me that that was illegal. I told them that payday loans are illegal in the state of Oregon anyways and that I was filing bankruptcy and I had an attorney and I wanted to give them the attorneys information. Everytime I try to give the attorneys information they would hang up the phone and call me back they call me about 10 times a day. I called my attorney I let him know what was going on he told me to keep a log, and to write down everything that they told me because it is harassment and if they continue I can turn around and sue them today I got 10 calls I loved all of them I called them back told them to quit calling me that I was filing bankruptcy it has already been in the works do not contact me again and they better write down my attorneys information or I would give my attorney their information again and my attorney would be suing them I will see what happens tomorrow
