This person identifed themselves as Micheal Kenneday and said they were filing charges against me in court. When I asked him to identify himself with an attorney number or extension, he began shouting saying that he did not have to identify himself. So I asked for the phone number and checked them out on google and got this site. Thanks for the information you are storing about these thieves.

Ditto. I have had a few calls in the past from different places doing same thing. It's unnerving even when I know it is a scam. No wonder people get taken. It's sickening and they deserve to be punished for it.
Repeated (immediately, 5 or 6 times in a row) calls to my direct WORK number, grossly mispronouncing my fairly common American name--I got the name of "Paul Davis" when this is clearly NOT a "Paul Davis" calling, and the caller shouts "HELLO, HELLO, HELLO' between each barely-understandable sentence. He claims to have a warrant for my arrest on a legal complaint filed under my social security number. YeeeeeahNO. I took his name and number,made it clear that I didn't believe he's an attorney (seriously, real attorneys don't operate like this) and that I know it's a scam and that I was calling the police-- and *surprise*, he hung up.
I got this phone call while I was at work from a Michael Kennedy who then transferred me to a Julian Marshal talking about they are going to take legal actions against me for a loan collection saying I committed fraud, said I was dead, and I forget the other charge but it had me on edge saying I owed 11,000 if the case went to court with possible jail time. I don't know if this is a scam or something it sounded so legit. They seemed to know everything from my ss# to my email address. They said I could settle out of court for the amount of 620 instead of taking legal actions. As I have never been in trouble with the law this is all new to me.
I read these posts and I am really surprised that anyone is taken by these idiots. When they call you back and they will, have fun with the [***]. Give them the same [***] they are giving you. Play games with their heads.
Last week I had a woman call from this group of scum. I started talking very sexy to her and started asking how good she is in bed. I would think her dark skin was pretty red by the time I got done. Yeah she hung up once I asked her if she like group sex.
And the clown Shawn Cooper, he does really hate hearing how your going take his wife/girlfriend and make her your [***]....

People....... once they have your number they will continuously call. It may stop for awhile but it will start up again. I filed with the DNCL and of coarse that did nothing. I can't change my number by my choice, so I decided to give these [***] a little bit of their own medicine.
The calls have pretty much stopped but every now and then I will get one so I amuse myself with their ignorance.
