Usual "Windows Technical Department" illiterate moron spent 17 minutes ( a new record! ) trying to convince me to give him remote access to my CHROMEBOOK!! so he could 'fix' the (non-existent) errors that had been "sending messages to the servers" at "Microsoft Windows Technical Department". What a knucklehead!
Had a lot of fun running giving him the runaround until my wife called me to come eat dinner. Probably could have strung him along for another many minutes, he was so clueless.
