Have been geting 2-3 calls per day for last 3 weeks from 1-410-202-0108, identified by caller ID as ADA. No one is there when the phone is answered on my end. No message has been left. This type of activity from this number has been going on for at least 8 months. Time to get this stopped. FCC, FTC where the heck are you guys? Maybe time for a class action suit against all parties, regulators and the ADA.
434-878-9983 - 703-291-9032 - 301-223-0109 - 571-261-0106 - 410-202-0108 All of these numbers have ADA on the caller ID. I called the American Diabetes Assn ------their number is 1-800-diabetes. They are not associated with any of those numbers that show up as ADA. Research tracks these numbers back to a debt collector.
The no call legislation specifically does not apply to charities you have given to in the past. We have given to ADA and while you would think they would have software to catch that we have not answered in over a year and stop it, they still call and there is no fine that can be assessed. You might try asking to be removed from their call list, but good luck
