They called rang twice and hung up. I live in Maryland and I'd love to know where these little [***] are. I'd follow them home and beat on their door at 2 o'clock in the morning just to annoy them. The call blocker app did not catch this one I guess because they didn't give it enough time to register before hanging up? Getting slick they are if this is the case. I was busy and was not able to answer. Added to blocked list.
