man called our home asked for husband...knew his full name. i asked what it was in reference to. he would not say. said would call back. weird. came up on caller id as Cockeysville, MD 1-410-316-9700
tried to call back, it rang twice then got that weird fast busy signal....

Sometimes will just ring once and hang up. Or will ring and leave a message addressing me, using my full name. When I answer and ask what it is in regards to, they will not tell me and ask me to confirm a bunch of personal information.
called everyday for past week. called this morning twice...about 20 mins. apart (8:37 AM & 8:54 AM EST) and I HATE getting calls that early! I didn't answer, they left no message. I tried calling the # a few times, but, just kept getting a busy signal. I tried looking it up using reverse phone number lookup and, of course, it shows as "unpublished" (verizon landline).
