Just got a couple of calls today from this number. Based on what others have said, I know that it is in regards to my BML/Newegg purchases, which I have made many times over the past 2-3 years.
For those of you who have not had dealings with BML or Newegg, speaking with them should clear up the matter and end the phone calls. The only people who need to avoid them are people like me, who unfortunately have a debt we can't pay! :(
Did some checking found that the number is located in Baltimore MD on York Rd. Just east of Interstate 83 By Verona and Belfast.Phone Carrier is Verizon Maryland Inc County Baltimore Talked with Verizon no help.
Put block on number on my land line phone no help. Can,t seam to get any help from any phone company.It dosent seem to be any particlar time for a call.May be if some one has a contact with a phone company we could get some help? This is not the only sigh that has the same complaint.
This person called and told me he was trying to clear up a Pay Pal account for $20,000. He had a version of my name. He tried to validate a bad address in Maryland. He then tried to validate some other phone #. Then he tried to tell me he was concerned that someone was trying to steel my identity. Then he tried to get my SS#. I started yelling at him and asked him a bunch of questions...etc. Tried to call him back when he hung up and got the same fast busy signal as everyone else
