As I have received many calls from this "number", I finally called it back this morning, twice. The actual number is that of Carrie Hartman, a real person. This is her cell phone number. Obviously these scammers are spoofing phone numbers, not to mention cities and states in caller ID. Hopefully she'll get enough annoying return calls to make an official complaint. Otherwise, these nuisance calls are just like everyone is saying. Robo spam. :(
