Someday, someone is going to invent a device (someone smarter than I) where all you have to do is punch in a 2 or 3 digit code once the call is connected [whether anything is actually said or not] and that code will automatically report the calling number to some agency that has some real "teeth". That number will automatically be taken away from the offender and a substantial fine levied!

After 3 times I had said that he till wanted to taalk to the home owner. After the 3rd time he finally got the hint it wasn't a home owner but the police department. Too funny.
