To HSBC customers that received the text messages. The call was 800-233-7433. Google the number and the number belongs to a company called Generic Resources Inc. or Bedscapes .com
It sounds like someone HSBC ???? gave them our info or someone from this company got into HSBC data base. What other information do they have ???they had our home or cell numbers...and knew we were HSBC customers...
When I reported this to HSBC they said they were aware of it; while on the phone with them they offered a trial month of identity theft... This all sounds fishy to me!!!
