Spam caller--calls and hangs up--this is a test to see if a person answers. If you do, them you will be bombarded with calls form every charity in the land---mostly FAKE charities. If you really want to help somebody try Red Cross or Wounded WARRIORS--somebody who actually helps people and can show you how.
