No message....just hangs up

Called every day and hangs up. I answered today and he knows my wife's name and would not talk to me and hung up.

Called and asked for my husband by first name. I said "I'm sorry, can I take a message "and he replied "tell him Louis called" I then asked who again and he said Louis White. When I asked from what company and a number he could be reached he hung up. A lot of background noise like a very Hollow room with people sitting around talking. He most definitely had an accent.
