Got a first call, from this number, on 10/8/15, at 7:07PM, EDT. I didn't answer and no message was left. I agree with B, it is probably someone begging for money. From this CID and area code, usually FOP.
Either leasing or spoofing numbers but same nuisance, different number. CID shows missed call from Ellicott City MD. Never leaves voicemail. Scammers using a bunch of numbers to constantly call DNC listed numbers and nothing is ever done about it.
