Received a call on 10/11/2105 at 8:00 PM and CID displayed "Ellicott Cit MD 410-505-3373 and since I don't know anyone in Ellicott City MD, I let my answering machine take the call. When I finally decided to listen to the message, if any, all you heard was a man saying "Hello (pause) Hello (another pause) Ok. There's no message. I'll call back at another time! Thanks" and hung up afterwards.
i don't answer my phone from numbers that I don't recognize, regardless of who is calling.
