Same: Mrs. Bower saying they'd been trying to reach me about recent changes to our BG&E supplier. Same Ref number E007118 and the same cough and "excuse me" - lot of thought going into this scam to make people believe it.
Exact same thing for me. Left a voice mail stating this call was regarding my PGE acccount and that it was important in called back with my billing statement. Gave a reference number as well.
