When I say "Hello" no one say's anything.  They just listen.

Calls repeatedly with no response when we pick up.

Wanted to sell a subscription to the LA Times, I asked to move my number to the no-call list, she complied.
THEN asked if I had any other numbers I would like moved!
I've never heard that question before.
Then, she needed to keep reading her script - I finally said, 'thanks, bye' and hung up.

Called  at 6:00 pm on 7/27/07.  I didn't pick up since I have no idea who they are.  They let it ring twice and hung up.  They did not wait for the voice mail.

They called again this morning.  They actually let it ring 4 times this time, but left no message on voice mail.  I obviously still didn't answer it.
