called - when answered no voice - said hello - they called my first name - I said who are you and they said Charter - I said no one here by that name and hung up.

Called again today:

12:00 pm, 7/31/07
Rang a few times, no message left again

Picked this up and nobody answered for a few seconds.. right before I hung up I heard the person start talking. figured it was a telemarketer!

phone call about 7 pm on my Cell Phone which is on the do-not-call list.

Have been getting many calls, first I answered and got no response, now I just let it ring and delete the call.  Who or what are these bozos?
