Called and told me that I had a case against me and good luck but I hadn't responded to their notices or and they were going to take my case to court I have no clue what they're talking about
They state as a fact that they are having a case against you. They state as a fact that they have literally sent tons of paper notices to your address!! (Never happened) Lol a Deputy Sheriff will serve you. Most debt is time barred. There is a huge problem in America right now with college loans and pay day loan extortion scams!! Do not give them the time of day until they send you a debt validation letter explaning the debt, how much you owe, and the original debtor. 9 times out of 10 they will never do it!!
