Called and told me that I had a case against me and good luck but I hadn't responded to their notices or and they were going to take my case to court I have no clue what they're talking about
i believe this is a scam; for past 3 days I have received 3 voicemail's from this number. These messages state that I have a case that has been transferred to their office for legal processing due to non-compliance.They claim they have records indicating that I have failed to respond to notices that were sent to my last known address and I should contact my case manager. I have never received any notices from this company at all indicating any debt. The person that called me introduced herself by the name Taylor Davenport calling behalf of Barron M Stone. She never clarifies the amount of debt that is owed or the company that the debt is owed to. This company never sent me any notices by mail that is why I believe they are scam artists. There are no documents proving that I owe anything to this "company."
