I have been receiving the same types of calls described here.  I called 412-203-6700, and a message referred me to 800-917-6835.  If you call that number and press 2 (Local Contact Information) the operator who answers can put you on the do not call list (you can put yourself on if you are calling from a residence, but not a business).  They will tell you it takes 30 days, but it usually happens sooner.

Same thing!  They call 3 or 4 times/week.  Either I don't answer and they hang up after 3 rings or if I answer they hang up.  Very frustrating!
