Repeated calls from this company. No message. Don't waste your time with Bill's letter, they'll simply ignore it and use it to verify who you are and they have the right debtor. They ignored the letters sent by my lawyer...one that proved the debt was paid and cease & desist. They continue to call and now insist this is a current debt. (Even though it's not and has been settled and paid to the original lender) If you live in PA and say the word yes in a conversation they use it to reactivate the debt and make it current. They ignore the laws and use spoof numbers to make them look local. Just block these jerks. I answer ten lines at work and we get calls constantly for people we don't know and who've never work for us from this company.

Of course they do. They are about as ruthless as they come. And, paying fines and penalties means nothing to them. It is just another cost of doing business. We have been dealing with them for over a decade, when they first began harassing my late BIL over an out-of-statute debt. When they found out they couldn't coerce him into paying it, they turned it into the IRS as a "forgiven debt". He turned the tables on them and challenged the claim, as they never validated the debt, nor responded to the IRS's request for documentation. He won and they defaulted. Fast forward five years. He is on his deathbed---and they are calling again. My sister told them he was under Hospice care, to leave him alone and hung up on them. They finally stopped calling. Now they are harassing my sister with nonstop calls over another out-of-statue debt---the last at 8:40 PM last night. We just keep blocking them, as we have NO intention of talking to them---ever again.
