This number keeps calling, I don't know who it is and they never leave a message.  This is a local number, downtown somewhere.

i have no clue who this is and when i return the call the phone just keeps ringing

Caller claimed to offer me a free GE home alarm system. I said we are on the "no call" list and they hung up. I called back and it rang and rang N/A
