I'm in CA and area code displayed and I answered, no one on other end would respond.  Only answered as this area code is a vendor area code.

received call on my cell...no message.

Credit card phishing, middle eastern accent, hung up when I asked what company he represented....

same thing except now it's Heather from credit card services in Carnegie PA. used to be Lisa.   Scam.

Called cell phone yesterday. No message. Don't answer the phone if I don't recognize number.

Thanks to all that posted here, so I can block number.
