They don't leave a message at all. I have had a difficult time with staying caught up in bills the last few years, so it probably is something that has gone to collections, but I have no mail or message from them. The only reason I know they have tried calling is because I looked it up reverse phone directory online and came to this site. I just think they will never receive whatever money they want because I have nothing that states what money I owe!!!!
I get all kinds of different numbers never leave a message, if I don't know who the number belongs to I won't answer. I have blocked numbers the scammers just use a different number. I am on the DNCL since they use a different number can't file a complaint (I have tried) the number usually belongs to a privet line.
It's the "Do Not Call" list, not the "Do Not Display" list. Furthermore, the Do Not Call list has nothing to do with collections, surveys and more. It ONLY, repeat ONLY has to do with telemarketers!
they just called me and said that they couldnt "legally" speak nothin to me because it was a "business matter" please dont make me laugh they where asking for a person that sounded mexican and i tryed to play it off but i couldnt hold the laughter lol.
