They don't leave a message at all. I have had a difficult time with staying caught up in bills the last few years, so it probably is something that has gone to collections, but I have no mail or message from them. The only reason I know they have tried calling is because I looked it up reverse phone directory online and came to this site. I just think they will never receive whatever money they want because I have nothing that states what money I owe!!!!
gwet one of those all-in-one printer/copier/fax machine, set it to answer in the fax mode and when you dont know the number that is calling let it go to FAX ANSWER then they get a shrill electronic squealing when it answers. Soon they will quit calling. costs a few bucks on E-bay but solves the problem real fast !!
Call #154 since they "decided to cease collection efforts." That was their excuse for sending out a fraudulent 1099-C to the IRS, and getting a $5000 credit from the taxpayyers on something they may have paid $30 for. Meanwhile, the Republicans are obstructing the choice of a director for the new Consumer Protection Agency.
I do believe these bottom-feeding pond scum are really sweating it. If that agency is allowed to go into business, the jig may be up for vermin like Portfolio Recovery. Haven't they been a bit more frantic lately? I think they want to wring as much ill-gotten gain from their extortion scam as they can before Obama appoints an interim director, now that Congress is not in session? He can do that, whether he will choose to go for our interests over those of his benefactors on Wall Street, we shall see.
