They don't leave a message at all. I have had a difficult time with staying caught up in bills the last few years, so it probably is something that has gone to collections, but I have no mail or message from them. The only reason I know they have tried calling is because I looked it up reverse phone directory online and came to this site. I just think they will never receive whatever money they want because I have nothing that states what money I owe!!!!
Portfolio Recovery keeps calling my Mother on a weekly basis. They claim that she owes over $1000 through a power company that she NEVER received service from. They said they knew her social security number and rattled off some numbers which weren't even close to being correct. She informed them of this and didn't disclose any of her personal information to them but did hang up after telling them not to call back. They used the number 412-282-1421.

Refused to agree not to call back when told that the person didn't live here. She said "I don't have a list. We just talked to him last week at this number." Total lie. She was a rude jerk.
Another # from the EXTORTIONIST (PRA)! ...Shows up on my caller ID as "UNAVAILABLE" ....I Do Not answer phone numbers that I don't Recognize ...AND ....There Is No Law That Says ....I HAVE TO!
