I think the scam is to scare you with legal threats to repay a non-existent payday loan. Previous posters William Reyes and Mary Miller are probably part of the scam, they've salted this page with positive comments and you can see where they're going - legal department, legal charges, etc. 800notes is rife with complaints of this type of scam, I've read many of them and can assure you this reeks of the same. The caller has hostile intentions. Do not give any info out or money away. Report your calls to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG. Buy a whistle or air horn and use it, God will forgive.
I have also gotten threatening phone calls from american legal division this week. Danial hopkins is the name of the person that has been doing the contacting. He removed 100 dollars out of my acct without authorization and the company that came across was broadway global. I have conatacted my bank. they have my ss number they are of foreign decent they hsve also tried calling me at work.
Another ripooff company called the same day. They are from BCI bureau of crime investigations. they are of foreign decent. They told me that danial hopkins is a scam and danial hopkins said peter crider was a scam.\
They keep on bugging me so I had a 3 way call set up so they could scream at each other. It was ridiculous.
They just keep calling. I also a gentleman from fast cash max usa call saying that the other two are scammmers and he need $390.00 sent to him. His name was Thomas Lee also of the same foreign decent. do they not have a single american???? They are totally crazy.
Anyway. I have reported this to the variety of rip off sites, fbi, attorney general and IC3, and the FTC. I can not think of anyone else to contact. I have already had my identity stolen once this year. I don't need it again.

Oooooooh weeee.....Adam Smith was his name....from F.C.I. I think it was. What a piece of s@*t...i mean work this [***] was. First of all, I could smell the curry oozing from the speaker of my phone and upon telling him I was in the middle of a job(cable contractor) and would have to call him back, he wouldnt take no for an answer. upon asking to speak to his manager he became defensive and asked "why do you need to do that?" Because I can barely understand your curry eatin [***], and I need to some how validate this call. Oh sorry hes in a meeting and then [***] hung up. I have tomorrow off and frankly you cant get blood from a stone so I have nothing to lose....im going to turn this into a sick and twisted game. I can not wait!!!!!
I got a call from this number. It was an indian guy telling me that I had recently accepted a loan from usa payday loans.(I never got a loan) I asked if I could get the information,(thinking he was lying) he told me not until I pay him $372.00. I asked for proof, he sent an email of a supposed affidavit which had fake government marks(seals) and many misspelled words. Dont send these people your money they are out to get you and all of your money. I had my mom call the number and pretend to be a lawyer, she told them that we would report them if the calls did not stop...even if they threaten to take you to jail dont pay them your money it's just a scam.
