This could be a debt collector called Delbert Financial Services, Cash Call or Western Sky all shady predator lenders that charge high rates of interest like 115%. They call from all different numbers that seem to be out of service or disconnected. Check with your state attorney general to see if they are licensed in your state or if they violate your state's usury laws. Several states have sued them and if yours is one you should see what the decision was you may only owe principal or maybe very lucky and not owe anything.
I just got my phone bill and this number 412-294-0484 was listed 3 times as being called from my number. I or my husband does not know this number or anyone who lives in Carnegie Pa. Thank Goodness for unlimited long distance calls.
This number has called before. I too have a Blocked number, but it does not matter....Verizon, Comcast, or Time Warner... You
pay the xtra bucks and there is not blocking or limited access to callers...
I answered the phone and Iwas told the caller was for HTTP and wanted to get some background on my health. So I told him there was no way I would any information to a stranger. I have competent doctors. and told them to take me off the list and never call me again and then I slammed the phone down.
