Accidentally answered this number. Caller ID just read "Pennsylvania".  Hung up as soon as I heard a voice saying "our call is being recorded -- how are you?"  Not sure if this is one of those "can you hear me?" scams. Another site showed this number as a landline operated by Comcast.  White Pages lists it as suspected spam and flagged it as Political.
