I have been receiving several messages from "Your Health Team" asking me to call back because they have important news for me. My caller ID shows (412) 315-0176. I believe in their message they give a different callback number.
I received several calls from this number and they have left several messages for my daughter from your health team. I have returned the calls. After calling the number you are asked several questions about your personal information. I have not answered the questions. I also tried to press "0" or "#' in order to speak with a person. I was not able to reach anyone. I then hung up. So I will continue to ignore the calls. They do not identify them. This is possibly, a phone phishing attempt.
Picked up the phone. Automated voice said they were calling for my daughter (used her name). Automated voice asked if I was my daughter. I said "yes" twice, but it apparently didn't understand. Message continued by asking I get my daughter to call (855)224-2932.
I called and it seemed to be a legitimate follow up from Magellan Behavioural Health, which is the company that administers a Managed Mental Health Program for Blue Cross. It seems scammy because its automated and because of the privacy concerns, they don't let much info slip out.
I've gotten several calls from this number. As other people said they don't really identify themselves. They keep asking for my wife. It is automated. I've decided not to talk to them. If they can't properly identify themselves they can forget about talking to anyone here in my house. Idiots!!!
