Who called from 4123282284

Has called 4 times today and never leaves a message. No way to trace number unless you pay either but intellius says it's a land line near Oakmont

this number has been calling me for the past month.  they never leave a message. they call anytime from 8am all the way to 9pm at night.

The same scenario as other reporters. Only this time, I almost fell down a pair of steps trying to get to the phone as I am awaiting a call.  I have reported these calls before and they are still coming in.  Why? Is there no one or agency that can put an end to these calls, must someone get hurt or ripped off by these callers?

They even called me on thanksgiving
