Just like Me Too, I received a call on both my cell phone and landline saying they were from the "Processing and Summons Division" (of what I do not know). I can tell the person was reading from a script because she would pause to let the computer generated voice fill in the blanks concerning my name (the claim was under my maiden name which I haven't used in eight years), the phone number (412-346-1378) and the "case number." Said they needed to verify a current address and place of business address to proceed legally against me, and I'm forfeiting my to take care of the matter outside of court; that they would serve me at my place of work. No one gives you a heads up about serving papers, so that is a lie. She also said they notified me three different times which is also a lie, because this is the first time they called me today. So I'm not calling back to verify anything, I'm tired of these kinds of calls and wish they get a real job instead of scamming people out of hard earned money without providing proof of said debt.
They keep calling me to tell me that they are calling for a Pedro Pizzano with case MXS29361 that is having 2 fraudulent cases filed against him and that he needs to contact the process and summons division in the law department at the phone number provided.
I have had this phone number for 3 years and this just started happening about 4-6 months ago. Every few weeks I get a call about it.
This is a prank....These people should be ashamed of themselves trying to buy accts that have been already charged off customers records for years. Do not give any information. ITS A FRAUD...
I just recieved a call from an A**hole leaaving me a message that April (whom ever) needs to call back regarding a fraud!! Do not know these people and do not appreciate the call!!! They can kiss my ***/*
I received a couple of VMs and they called my work stating that they were looking for me due to fraudulent activity attached to my SS#. When I called back and went off on the fact that this info is not true and that they gave personal information to my work which they shouldn't have, they said they were sorry and that they would not send any paperwork that I advised I never received, all he said was all the info would be in the papers when I am served and I can get a lawyer to fight it at that point, then said "Good luck to you". I am angry as my job deals with payments and to say there is fraudulent activity attached to me looks bad, as that can be a wide range of things not to mention I did not do what they are saying was done, as far as I can tell because their info was vague. I told them I was calling the BBB and letting them know and if I get fired I am suing them, all they said was "Again good luck to you sir, have a good day, we will see you in court!" It is fraud, but they are going to far by calling my work with false information.
