Just like Me Too, I received a call on both my cell phone and landline saying they were from the "Processing and Summons Division" (of what I do not know). I can tell the person was reading from a script because she would pause to let the computer generated voice fill in the blanks concerning my name (the claim was under my maiden name which I haven't used in eight years), the phone number (412-346-1378) and the "case number." Said they needed to verify a current address and place of business address to proceed legally against me, and I'm forfeiting my to take care of the matter outside of court; that they would serve me at my place of work. No one gives you a heads up about serving papers, so that is a lie. She also said they notified me three different times which is also a lie, because this is the first time they called me today. So I'm not calling back to verify anything, I'm tired of these kinds of calls and wish they get a real job instead of scamming people out of hard earned money without providing proof of said debt.
I've been getting these same calls for several months now. I finally got curious and Googled the phone number and found this page. This last time the woman said this was my 3rd and final notice and if I don't call them back then they'll see me in court. If that's the case, then why keep calling me for 3 months and telling me you'll see me in court? Why not just serve me and...see me in court? Whatever. I have no idea what they're talking about and you can't get blood from a turnip, so good luck to them.

This is a company claiming to AA and Associates. They will refuse to give you a company mailing address, citing "security reasons" and even if you cite Federal law to them telling that they are required to provide it, they will still not provide it. This is a sign that the debt collector is not legitimate.
Also, when I called the guy tried to turn it around and threaten me... saying my persistent requests for a mail address were harassing THEM and they were going to report me for harassment. Well, now isn't that clever. *eye roll* Let's roll, guys...please report me for harassing YOU, even though I have a long laundry list of voicemails from you guys threatening me to go to court over a non-existent debt. Total scam artists.
