they always want u to verify ur name on a recorded line which they started recording before even getting ur permission...have fun with that....like Mary said from an earlier report here...play with them...so much more fun than getting upset...better yet, well, not better but still...tell them to send stuff in writing to the address they have on file since they said you inquired...have a good one

It is Loan Depot, just call... 866-385-2844 and wait to speak to someone (they answered in 30 sec. when I called) tell them what # or #'s you want taken off. If it's the cell phone your calling from they have caller id, so they will know. In my case they were looking for someone other than me.
