Who called from 4123855167

I got a call from some company with a name Incitement or Insipid. The caller immediately started berating my English.
When I asked her to take me from the list of their numbers, she hang up on me.

I get calls from this number every day. It comes up as "United Air Ground". When I called the number back, the recording said it was Empire Energy. The robot said to press 2 to remove from calling list. Why are there two different names for this "company"? Scam

Download Google voice and Phone them back using your own anonymous ID.
Then I have more fun than a barrel of Monkeys.
Tell them to watch the movie the FIGHT CLUB.

This is an energy company that harasses you to change your electric company so you can save $10 a year.
Beware this is a scam.

Yup, called asking to speak to the PECO account holder... It's like they're trying to sound legitimate off the back of your existing electric company through some sort of jedi scam logic....
