Who called from 4123871455

Called today at 1:30 PM. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. CID said Clairton PA which is the location of numerous similar prior calls with similar numbers.

One ring.  That's it.  Clairton PA on the caller ID.

Called Sunday morning at 10:00.  No message left on answering machine.  Caller ID shows Clairton, PA.  Number is now blocked.

Called daily. I called back and it was someone soliciting money for veterans. I found was it is a mobile phone.

Calls repeatedly. Morning, noon and night. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. Never answered. Assumed it was Veteran Charity, as they tend to call this time of year. Finally caller blocked it.
