Just got another call from this phone number. It's definitely from a Sprint customer, which Customer service cannot do anything about it. I've been getting this call from the same number for quite awhile now. I'm on the Do Not Call registry, but it's not working!!!
I just received a call from this number. There were boat sounds in the background as a recording said, "This is an automated survey, and if you complete it you will receive two free tickets for a cruise______." (I didn't catch the name). They wanted me to press one to take the survey. I hung up and did a reverse phone number lookup, which revealed that this is a cell phone in Pittsburgh, PA, purchased through Sprint Spectrum L.p. I know I'm registered on the national DoNotCall list, so this is probably some sort of scam.
I just emailed Sprint to see if there is someway the person calling and soliciting from this number can be stopped. I informed them there are many complaints about this number. Hopefully they can do something.
