Ask him why he sold a number to this criminal scum, to call your phone night and day attempting to steal from YOU!  As the scabby cretin what he thinks he is playing at?  Is is so he can buy himself some crap and feel better about himself?  SCUM the lot of them.  Call the little twerp and let him know what you think about his business!

I got a call from this number too. Didn't answer. The scammers seem to be switching numbers more frequently now. Must be because of all the call-blockers in use.

Call from 412 425 2734 today for Credit Card Services.

Reported this unsolicited call to FCC website today.

Seems like our Frontier Telephone provider could be a lot more helpful
to us as customers on getting these scammers shut down,
as the practice of not helping us thwart these calls may lead us to discontinue
land line service.

The FCC may be helpful in the interim; I'm not aware of exactly what the FCC does with these complaints.
I'm also not a big fan of the Feds being the solution to this,
but if the Feds can bug the phones of Foreign Leaders,
they should have a few minutes to help us by shutting down a couple of telephone numbers
that cause us taxpayers time and effort.
Nuff said..

The DNC list is a government run program and you really expect it to work? HAH~!
The DNC is nothing more than giving the phone subscriber a false sense of privacy.
I live behind an answer machine + bought one of those 1200-1500 call-blockers that works awesome.. This call blocker will also block the 'out of the area calls w/o numbers', 'private calls w/o numbers' and all those pesky '800 numbers' if desired.
I give unknown numbers two chances before they are permanently blocked.
First call and leave no message is strike one.
Second call and leave no message is strike two and immediately terminated to my sh!tt list.
