And they definitely should consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. People can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I am educated on utility deregulation.  That is not the problem even though i personally feel it is just a huge ripoff of the American consumer.  The problem is that these so called "reputable" companies cold call people and attempt to deceive them into signing up with their companies.  they do this by claiming they are the actual main utility company, lying about the terms or rates, lying about the discounts, and lying about how the rates won't go up even though they do when it gets really cold out.
I see this phone number is located in Pennsylvania, and anyone who is up on the news knows that numerous companies deceived Pennsylvanians last winter during the polar vortex which resulted in exorbitant utility bills.  Some companies thankfully are now no longer allowed to steal from people in that state.

WE FOLLOW THE RULES OF DNC..YOU JUST HAVE TO PROPERLY SAY IT "PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST" OR I AM ALREADY ON THE FEDERAL AND NATION DO NOT CALL LIST SO PLEASE PLACE ME ON YOURS.

SINCE WE ARE NOT SELLING YOU ANYTHING WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE LIST FOR THE DNC SO YOU HAVE TO TELL US.

WE ARE LICENSED AND NEED TO ABIDE BY THE DNC AS LONG AS THE CUSTOMER TELLS US.

Thanks for admitting that you make illegal calls. Why should someone have to say, "I'm already on the federal DNC?" You shouldn't be calling those people in the first place. You say you abide by the DNC "as long as the customer tells us." Guess what, it's NOT the customer's place to tell you. You're supposed to abide by the list yourself, but seeing as how you're a scammer, of course you don't and you freely admit it. Thanks for the admission that you break the law. It just confirms even more strongly that no one should do business with you since you have no problem with illegal practices.
